Package includes:
+ A phone consultation prior to the event to assess the intention of the gathering and design a program around that intention.
+ 2 hour program. The program will be tailored to your intention and could include any combination of: asana (postures), pranayama (work with the breath), restorative asana, and guided visualization.

For 4-8 people: 150 dollars
For 9-12 people: 200 dollars

Yoga bridal shower “Shower her with blessings”:
Gentle and accessible enough to include mothers and skeptics. Rich enough to leave everyone blissful. Through the ancient beauty of yoga, fortify the sense of community to support the future partners.

Personalized yoga for the Bride or Groom
Package includes:
· A phone consultation prior to the event to assess the intention of the gathering and design a program around that intention.
· 1 ½ hour individualized program designed just for the bride or groom. Begin your day by centering your mind, opening your heart, freeing up your body and relaxing into the present moment.
Price: 150 dollars*
Yoga for the wedding party
Package includes:
· A phone consultation prior to the event to assess the intention of the gathering and design a program around that intention.
· 1 ½ hour custom designed program for the bridal party (any combination: bride and attendants, groom and attendants, all attendants – your choice). Bring down the tension, cultivate harmony, and step into this transformational occasion renewed in body, heart, and spirit.

For 4-8 people: 250 dollars*
For 9-15 people: 325 dollars*
* 50% down payment due to hold the date. Balance due the day of the event.
