Peace and Calming
The name says it all. Give yourself the gift of serenity with this mix of tangerine, ylang ylang, blue tansy, orange and patchouli.
Peace and Calming can be diffused, applied topically or inhaled.
In class, we have paired Peace and Calming with restorative postures and savasana. It can be diffused throughout your pratice and/ or applied to the bottoms of your feet, on the backs of the ears, temple to temple or anywhere else that you would like to release tension and move towards peace.

Valor
Valor is a class favorite. Allow it to infuse you with courage and fortitude as you navigate your intentions. This blend of spruce, blue tansy, rosewood and frankincense can be diffused, inhaled or applied topically. For many, it is wonderfult to apply Valor to the soles of the feet and step into one's own power -- stand on your own two feet.
In your practice, try Valor on the soles of the feet at the begninng of a strong standing pose sequeunce. For a true gift, try pairing it with application of Peace and calming as you cool down and culminate in a balancing and receptive savasana.

When someone smiles at you, it's hard to not smile back. To me, Citrus Fresh is like a smile for your nose with a delightful mix of orange, grapefruit, mandarin, tangerine, lemon, and spearmint. It has natural immune-boosting properties and promotes clarity and well-being.
